School Story:
I remember walking across the parking lot one morning and I heard someone yell "Yee-dawgy" and thought "OK--is this really my life?" Then I felt a rope around my waist--I had been roped! I was so embarassed and the boys were laughing.
If my memory serves me right, I believe the roper was Paul Pirtle but can't be positive.
I also remember the chew spitting contest the guys would have in the parking lot. They would stand on a parking line, rock forward and backward, then launch a mouth full of chew to see who could spit the furthest!
I always loved the pep rallies and the team spirit at GHS.
